Accessibility
Study Hub accessibility statement
Study Hub is intended to be usable by students, families, educators, and school reviewers across current desktop and mobile browsers.
Commitment
Study Hub is working toward WCAG 2.1 AA conformance and incorporates accessibility into new product work. The service is designed with responsive layouts, readable text, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, labeled form controls, semantic headings, and error messages that identify the next action.
Known scope
Accessibility can vary by browser, device, assistive technology, uploaded material, and generated content. Third-party Google, Stripe, and other provider screens are governed by those providers' accessibility practices. Study Hub reviews reported barriers and prioritizes issues that prevent students from signing in, accessing coursework, completing practice, or managing their information.
Report a barrier
Email support@studyhubstudent.com with the page or feature, the assistive technology or browser involved, and a description of the barrier. Do not include student records or passwords in the report. Requests for an accessible alternative or assistance are welcome.
District review
District accessibility teams may request additional testing information or an accessibility discussion before approving student use. The current district review packet is available at /district-review.
